We love our trends in the fitness industry...

Yoga, air yoga, functional training, animal movement, mindfulness , guided meditation.... How about going back to the self? 

The answers to all movement and wellbeing lies within, one simply needs to understand what works for them, then put into practice what works for them... Each one is an individual ... Each one is unique, without finding an excuse .. Do what one must... 


The more I look within the more I discover myself....
